This short video helps us dig deeper into prayer as worship.

Paul talks about bringing his journal to prayer.  This is something that really helps me see God working in so many ways.  I often look back, years later, and see the names I have prayed over, the themes throughout life.  I see God's fingerprints all over life.  Through the bad and good he guides and provides miracles thorough-out life.  My prayer journal reminds me to check in with people and live in community.

What do you use to help lead yourself through prayer?
Do you have a prayer "space"?
Feel free to drop a comment so we can share and grow as a community.

  1. The last couple weeks I have started each morning on my knees in prayer. It has made a huge difference in my attitude and outlook for each day. It's easy to get overwhelmed with all the changes and things we are missing out on, let alone the overload of information from everywhere. Making sure God is at the start of my day helps remind me that He is bigger than all of this.

    1. The last few weeks I have also had to be very intentional about my quiet time, making it a space where I can really hear God's voice. I think there is a lot we can take away as a group about what you are saying here! Putting ourselves physically in a position of humbleness before God prepares not only he heart but the body and mind to receive what he has for us, and accept it with a trusting heart. Thank you so much for sharing!
